This is my final painting. 

Palate knife magic

This one for me was another first. I had never done an entire painting with a palate knife. I like the end result It turned out the way I intended it too. The only part that I need to work on are the shadows. I was experimenting in the way I was doing them.  Also in person it looks flat, I needed to play with the contrast, made some of the colors and shadows a bit darker.

A flop

I felt like this painting was kind of a flop for me.  The only part of it that I like are the colors. I don't think I got the shape right to begin with. It's wonky and funky.

A solid first attempt

This is technically my second attempt at oils for this class. The first one didn't quite get finished. I like the shape and texture I gave the glazed doughnut. I had some problems with the shine of the glaze. I put some white and yellow as the shine, but you can't really see it. In all I'm pretty happy with it.
